Rick V., Razorcake:
“Thueson packs at least one joke per page. Even when these twenty-somethings are all cut up, they still make time to cut-up. The book is labeled as a “Horror Comedy” after all. And this is a well-balanced Horror Comedy because, despite all the jokes, you legitimately think these characters could get killed at any point. This is very much in the vein of Fright Night and Shaun of the Dead.”
…
“Before the book was released, Thueson was emailing out a couple of pages of The Night Never Ends every Monday. I’d check my email to see that there were new pages, and would run straight to my computer to see who was going to get butchered. It was such a good way of promoting this book and I read the entire thing again when I was able to do it in non-email form. This book is highly recommended to you comic-punk-horror nerds.”
