Casey Nowak is an Ignatz Award-winning cartoonist from Ann Arbor, Michigan, and graduate of the University of Michigan’s School of Art and Design. A few of their celebrated short comics are collected in “Girl Town” published by Top Shelf Productions, and they help run the Diskette Press (literal) publishing house. They are creator of the web comic series Lazy and has worked on Boom! Studios’ Eisner Award-winning comic series Lumberjanes. Their clients include The Ann Arbor District Library, WomanSafeHealth, UMHS Radiology, Spry Publishing, BOOM! Studios, Z2 Comics, Cartoon Network, and STAMPS School of Art and Design, among others.
